Welcome!

My name is Tomomi (pronounced “toh-moh-mee”). I provide mindfulness-based, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed psychotherapy for adults, couples, and families throughout California.

Services & Availability
I offer both online (telehealth) and in-person sessions at my peaceful South Pasadena office. Limited evening and weekend appointments are also available.

Experience
With over 16 years of clinical experience, I have worked with clients ages 5 to 80 from diverse ethnic, socioeconomic, and religious backgrounds. I have supported many individuals in overcoming life challenges, strengthening relationships, and creating more ease and fulfillment in their lives by developing practical skills and meaningful insights in therapy.

Starting Therapy
If you’re considering therapy for the first time, it’s natural to feel hesitant. You may wonder whether your concerns are “serious enough” or worry that asking for help is a sign of weakness.
