Appointments for phone/video counseling sessions are available Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Time slots outside these hours can also be arranged if your work/family commitments do not permit you to meet with the therapist during the regular office hours. Cancelation Policy

Please notify Tomomi via phone or email should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. A full session fee will be charged for a no-show appointment or if a session is canceled within 24 hours.
